The ECSS Life publishers Publishing process training and orientation brought together 15 participants made up of two (2) staff members, two of the founding trustees and 11 subscribers and high-ranking Archbishops and Bishops from the Episcopal Church of South Sudan with an interest in writing and publishing.
The two-day training focused on the two areas:
ECSS Life Publishers Identity. Vision, mission, core values, purpose, completed projects and new and forthcoming projects.
Understanding publishing and the publishing process. Acquisitions, contracts, manuscript development, art direction, pre-press production, Print and digital distribution as well as Book marketing.
